It's been a while since I've felt such powerful period cramps

and I've already taken a dose of acetominophen so there's not much I can do except just...take it.

I guess this is a sign that my IUD is reaching the end of its lifespan. Since getting it put in, I've had really light and manageable periods, but lately my periods have been less ideal.

Anyway, this is probably TMI, but yolo.
